"Nikki had called me to update me on some rate changes and go over each of my policies to make sure I knew completely what was going on with them. She walked me through each one, explained what they covered, offered excellent advice about how they could be adjusted for maximum coverage/benefit! Nikki was also awesome in helping me figure out how the changes would affect my rates and offered quick help in information on adding another driver and car! The whole process was quick and easy and she was very helpful. I have said before that State Farm and this office specifically is amazing and I recommend everyone to them because of their excellent customer service, and Nikki furthers my opinion on that!"
